Abdulrahman is a technologist with a close eye on how new technologies affect how individuals and organizations work and communicate. He has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Physics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and Riverside respectively. He blogs on technology and social issues and is one of the charter members of the Pakistan Science and Engineering Foundation (PakSEF), and also serves as a board member for the International Organization of Pakistani Women Engineers (IOPWE), and is an Operating Committee coordinate for the Organization of Pakistan Entrepreneurs and Professionals in the Silicon Valley (OPEN).

Sabahat is a writer, blogger and journalist who currently makes his living as a technical writer based in Silicon Valley, iFaqeer has lived in Nigeria (including Sokoto and Gusau), Pakistan, and both coasts in the US.

iFaqeer’s professional life has included technical writing and journalism in both the US and Pakistan. Technical writing assignments have included a Pakistani electronics manufacturer, an offshore software house; Cisco, Mentor Graphics and Cadence in the US.

iFaqeer is the founder (or one of the founders) of the Human Rights Project at ProgressiveIslam.org, the Genealogy Wiki and WikiPakistan. His work on the last site around earthquake relief and other causes has garnered mention in varioius media outlets.

As a journalist, iFaqeer has been editor of “The Teenager, Pakistan”; a Columnist for “Mag” (an English weekly in Pakistan); and has edited various newsletters, in Pakistan and in the US. Amongst recent publishing credits are “Spider,” Pakistan’s Internet magazine, and a cover story for the Siliconeer.
